We’re so bummed it didnt work out...heres the breakdown: We accept returns received to us within fifteen (15) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, free of pet hair, deodorant and makeup to receive a refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or store credit. Items that have a red censor tag, tag must not be cut off. If red censor tag is removed the item is no longer eligible for store credit or refund. Gift cards, accessories, lingerie and swimwear are only eligible for store credit only . Items purchased with a promo code over 15% are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit or refunds. Items purchased with a free gift must also include the free gift if being returned. Items returned after 15 days have up to 30 days to be returned for a store credit for the current price of the item.

A USPS return label will included in with your shipment that you can use, you will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal etc.) with a $7 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded to you when you choose to use the USPS label.

Once we received your return, returns will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice on the return center. If you wish to get store credit instead of a refund, please note so on your return form.
If returns do not meet the requirements above, we will contact you and the items will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage by the customer.
